Official notice of action and meeting materials pertaining to these proposed governance changes will be sent to all CSG Governing Board members no later than November 2, 2012.

Final approval for these changes will be sought from CSG’s Governing Board during the 2012 National Conference in Austin, Texas on December 3, 2012.

If adopted, revisions to CSG’s governance model would go into effect Jan. 1, 2013.
